Adjusting Wind Down and Sleep Goals
On iPhone
- Open Health app > Browse > Sleep
- Tap Full Schedule & Options
- Select Wind Down or Sleep Goal
- Adjust time and save changes
On Apple Watch
- Open Sleep app
- Tap alarm icon in upper-left
- Select Wind Down or Sleep Goal
- Use +/- buttons to adjust time
- Tap back arrow to save
